I’ve learned that time is the difference between a health kick and true healing.

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Herbalist and Yoga Teacher, I use my understanding of the bio-individual human body, mind and spirit to live life to the fullest and empower others to step into their true nature.

My courses will help you make the mind, body, soul connection to uncover the healthiest and most authentic version of yourself.

"Meg started working with me over a year ago, after I had worked with several doctors and nutritionists that left me with more questions than answers. I was feeling off with my digestion. I knew I was struggling because I felt so much discomfort all the time and had several side effects. Meg was so incredibly sweet. She met with me several times at my convenience. We went over all the details, it was more thorough than I expected. I started a food journal and a log for how I felt emotionally. Her vast knowledge was palpable. She just knew.
